What to Look for in a Great Squat Stand for your Home Gym
Stability
Stability is a key factor for basic useability. It ensures that you’re not going to lose control of the barbell.
This is a significant factor for stands, particularly where the risk of instability is higher due to the smaller footprint – especially on independent single squat stands.
