ABout

My name is Brett, and I am a former personal trainer and the founder of Home Gym Boss.

Like many people, COVID-19 forced me to work from home. With gyms and sports facilities closed, I quickly started putting on weight.

I had to find a way to workout at home.  As I started researching the equipment I needed, I quickly realized there were no good online resources.

That is why I started Home Gym Boss. It is a repository of information developed from my own experience and research.

If you are starting to plan your home gym space make sure to check out our DIY home gym articles, in order to make it the most comfortable, safe, efficient environment possible.

We also cover reviews of the best gear and provide home workout tips

You’re about to turn your home into the best workout studio you could ever imagine, and I’m going to help you.

If you have any questions or want to share photos of your set-up, feel free to drop me a line at info at homegymboss.com.

Happy Training!
